Administrative Law
Administrative Law regulates a field where, against an individual trying to ensure their rights (i.e. nationality, temporary or permanent residence, the right to access to public funds or infrastructure), there is always an authority – either a state one or a local one. In these procedures (a lot like in criminal ones) you can feel a disproportion of power – of course, in favour of the state or local body. Therefore it is very important that an individual is represented by a lawyer with the appropriate knowledge, and, even more so, with a good measure of civic courage, to ensure equal treatment for everyone, regardless of their nationality or religion, regardless of their social status and regardless of their political or other convictions.
FIELDS:
- representation and advice in public tenders
- representation and advice with building permissions
- inspection procedures
- administrative actions
- other administrative procedures
For us, being lawyers is a profession where it is just not enough to be professional, precise and up-to-date. For us, being lawyers is a calling. On top of our basic competences we add a good measure of personal courage, independence and honour and thus try to contribute our share to a more legal and just society.
