Labour law regulates relations which are entered into from different power positions, on the one side, employees, and on the other side, employers. Those relations (in which one and the other follow their own economic interests which, to a certain extent, are always contradictory to each other), from the beginning to the end, carry a seed of conflict in themselves, and often, on both sides, a feeling that the other party is in a better position – the employer is stronger from the economic point of view and the employee is better protected by the law. It is our job to help you ensure your rights and interests through our professional approach, our deep knowledge and a fair measure of empathy, or even to help you recognise your common ground with the help of mediation.
